ManjaFoods provides food supply and groceries from Selayang to your doorstep for your convenience. Our friendly staffs will pack the items you've purchased while our courier service partner deliver them speedily and safely to you.

ManjaFoods offers a range of product categories from fresh fruits and vegetables, imported fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, household products, and many more with varied selection of items at different range of price points.

4. Why can’t I check out?

This may be due to connectivity issues. We recommend checking your WiFi or data settings and refreshing the app.

5. Is there any product that ManjaFoods doesn’t deliver?

We can deliver any product that is listed inside our website.

 

6. How do I check my order status?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Under ‘My Orders’, choose your current order to check your shopping and delivery progress.

 

7. How do I report an issue regarding my order?

You may email us at website.manjafoods2018@gmail.com to report order issues.

We kindly ask for the following information so that we can provide you with a solution as speedily as possible:

– Order number
– Brief description of issue / affected item
– Photos of affected item with clear views of the bar code (for damaged / incorrect items)

 

8. Why is my order delayed?

Delayed delivery could be caused by a number of hindrances such as operational issues, road issues, or bad weather. We will endeavor to notify you of such delays.

 

 

9. How do I cancel my order?

Follow the steps below to cancel your order:

1) Go to “My orders” and select your current order

2) Tap “Edit order”

3) Choose “Cancel order”

4) Tap “Confirm Cancellation”

Please note that order cancellation may result in loss of promotion for subsequent orders.

 

10. What happens if something is out of stock?

When something is out of stock at the store, we will contact you and try to replace it with a similar item or you may opt for product cancellation with refund of product price.

 

11. How do I apply my voucher code?

Follow the steps below to apply voucher codes:

1) Tap the “Shopping Bag” icon to start the checkout process

2) At the bottom of the delivery page, insert your voucher code in the ‘Voucher Code (optional)’ section

3) Check your order total to confirm that the voucher discount has been applied and click “Next”

  

12. What are the delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are based on the opening hours of our stores. For purchase order before 9pm next day delivery, purchase order after 9pm third day delivery.

 

13. How will you pack my order?

We will send via a default packaging option and its costs will be applied to your order.

 

14. How do I check my receipt?

You will receive your ManjaFoods receipt via email after you have received your delivery. Please note that we do not provide physical receipts from our store.

 

 

15. Can I receive a tax invoice?

Definitely! Just send us the request at website.manjafoods2018@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note that it may take a few days for your invoice to be generated.

 

16. Why can’t I complete payment?

Should payment failures occur, you should receive an error message detailing the cause on our checkout page. Here are a few common reasons for payment failure:

1. Insufficient funds
You may try checking out again once your card has been topped up.

2. Bank declined transaction
Can only be rectified by contacting your card’s issuing bank.

3. 3D authentication failure
Caused by failure to input the correct One Time Pin (OTP) to confirm payment. You may try checking out again. Please contact your bank if you are unable to receive your OTP.

17. Can I refund my items?

Refund is only applicable for those products items out of stock. Other items such as purchase wrongly for any items wouldn't be accepted for refunds.

Eligibility of any voucher, whether coming from outside or inside ManjaFoods, is subject to its own terms and conditions.
